My personal concert and festivals favorites of the year 2012
The year of 2012 was a fantastic one for me, with some great festivals and concerts that I was privileged to shoot. To sum it all up, I'll remember it mainly because:
- I had two solo photography exhibitions (concert photography exhibition in Rijeka, Croatia and dance photography exhibition in Maribor, Slovenia), plus my photographs were exhibited in few different group exhibitions
- Chris Nash photography workshop was just a brilliant one, and on many different levels - note to myself: do workshops more often!
- Festivals were again the highlight of my year, although I didn't shoot them as many us previous summers. But Bažant Pohoda in Slovakia, Terraneo in Croatia and Lent in Slovenia will be the ones that I'll be remembering the summer of 2012 by.
- I'm very grateful, same as the last year, that I started some new and continued some old clients relations (media, bands, promoters, festivals and organisations) resulting in my photos being published in numerous different magazines and websites
To finish another year in a proper way, photographically speaking, I'm posting some of my favourite concert and festival shots of the year 2012, in no particular order.
