Very honoured to have my photographs part of the exhibition in Ex-Yu Rock Center in Sarajevo
One year ago the Ex-Yu Rock Center — the first Hall of Fame in the territory of the former Yugoslavia — was opened in Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The guiding idea of the entire project was to create a space where the rich music scene of the former state can be celebrated and promoted. Besides the (rock) museum function, the space is also intended for gatherings and concerts of young talents from the domestic music scene.

To mark its first birthday, Center organised an exhibition titled "Promeniću svet do kraja pesme" ("I will change the world by the end of the song" - taken from the song "Sinhro" of a legendary XU band Ekatarina Velika), which aims to celebrate women whose work left a deep mark on the Yugoslav and post-war music scene. As part of the exhibition, visitors have the opportunity to see pieces of history through original objects of great women, some of whom are Jadranka Stojaković, Gordana Ivandić, Marina Perazić, Vim Cola, Amila Sulejmanović, Margita Stefanović, Tajči and others.
I am very honoured to have eleven of my photographs be part of this exhibition and hanging in the Ex-Yu Rock Center featuring younger generation of women artists of the post Yugoslavia region: Lada Furlan Zaborac (The Bambi Molesters), Mina Špiler (Laibach), Kristina Gorovska (Bernays Propaganda), Milena Milutinović (Repetitor), Melanija Fabčič Melée (Werefox), Jelena Rusjan (Borghesia) and Ida Prester, to name a few :)

Exhibition opens as accompanying programme of the festival on 9th June 2017 in Maribor, Slovenia
The second edition of the festival organised by Glas podzemlja and MKC Maribor started last Friday, and will continue this Friday with two concerts (Urška Supej kvartet + OrGanic FunkaDelic), jam session and opening of two new exhibitions as part of their accompanying programme!

Group exhibition promoting local photographers (that are not so local anymore) - I’m very privileged to be in the group of my esteemed awarded colleagues which include Sandra Požun, Gregor Radonjič, Matija Brumen, Dejan Bulut and Rene Strgar. The exhibition is a part of Photonic Moments 2016 - Month of photography festival that hosts many great exhibitions mostly in Ljubljana.

Selected by Igor and Ivana Unuk, this group exhibition called "Foto Kamra" (as part of "Vilinsko mesto" project) will feature sixteen local photo artists with very different styles and stories: from experienced photography masters to younger generations, from distant places to streets and people of Maribor, from film negatives to GoPRO aerial views, from nudes to skaters and panoramas. Being shortlisted with my Lost in Music project photographs for Alfred Fried Photography Award, was a big recognition for my work, especially since there are so many amazing projects and photographs shortlisted this year, and music photography is often look down upon in the photojournalistic world. Honestly, I really feel very honoured to be in such extinguished club. But, the story goes on!

After the successful 11th birthday celebration of the online magazine terapija.net in Medika (Zagreb, Croatia) in February this year (read more about that event and my fruitful connection with terapija.net) which included concerts in two clubs and a concert photography group exhibition, the sequel is taking place this Friday. The town is the same, but the venue is different - it's Tvornica Kulture (Culture Factory), the biggest (indie) rock club in the Croatian capital.
